Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

• The manuscript has not been previously published and is not under consideration for publication in another journal (or has been explained in Comments to the Editor).
• The manuscript should be in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document format.
• The URLs of references accessible online have been provided.
• The manuscript should be typed with 1.5 line spacing, 12-point font, italics, not underlined (except for URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables should be placed within the text in the expected place, not grouped separately at the end of the manuscript.
• The manuscript should follow the style and bibliography guidelines required in the Author Guidelines.
